Refund and Returns Policy


For Web Orders Only Returns For Refund Are Accepted Within 30 days Of The Order Date. If 30 days have passed since your date of purchase (not shipment), we can’t offer you a refund. We will consider on a case by case basis issuing a credit note towards a future purchase if extenuating circumstances necessitate a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Built To Order Solar Energy , Solar LED Lighting And Lithium Batteries Are Not Eligible For Return Or Order Cancellation Once Production Has Begun.

To complete your return, contact us first for a return authorization.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify if there are any problems with your return.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 7 business days.

Clearance Items

Only regular and sale priced items may be refunded. Clearance items are final sale and cannot be refunded.

Warranty Return And Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us to troubleshoot your issue before returning a product. If we determine that a product is possibly defective, we will issue a return authorization Note that some manufacturers require the user to send defective items to them directly. If that is the case for your item we will advise you how to proceed.

As mentioned above You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If Your Item is determined to be defective or we have made a significant error or ommission of some kind we will consider on a case by case basis covering the return shipping cost to your location. Note that we cannot cover shipping costs to remote locations or those in extended shipping areas with our primary shipping provider. In these cases we will issue a credit for the estimated average shipping cost for the item in question based on our historical records.

Depending on where you live, and replacement product availability the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We Cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not responsible for lost or misdirected items.
